Completed May 26, 2012. Pit 1: Level 1 produced: 1 piece of pottery. Top/Bottom of iron container, 1969 penny. Dean Hunt (Lexington County Historian), Judge David Reuwer (Editor of American Revolution Magazine and experienced Amateur Archaeologist), and David Brinkman completed level 1 in about 90 minutes. All material was sifted. No weather problems.
