Pit 12: Level 3

Completed by Dean Hunt and David Brinkman on August 26, 2012. Based on the lack of artifacts in level 2, Dean and I did a test dig of level 3 in just one corner of the pit. The result was just a few pieces of small brick. We closed the pit at this point and did not record any additional information on the pit. It appears that this part of the property will not produce much in the way of historical artifacts.
