Pit 134: Level 2

Completed on November 13, 2021, by Alma Robichaud, Jocelyn and DC Locke, Odess and David Brinkman. Level two produced two pipe bowl pieces. One was big enough to distinguish this as a reed pipe (the first one we have found.) Reed pipes do not have an attached ceramic stem. They are designed for longer-term use by only having to replace the stem. Also found was the top to a green bottle (with a band). The diameter calculation/measurement came out to be .94 inches which is relatively small for a wine bottle.
