Pit 23: Level 1

Completed October 13, 2012 by Wayne Grooms, Kathy Boyle, DC Locke, and David Brinkman. This was our first cool morning. Odess Brinkman and Jocelyn Locke were busy preparing lunch while we did level 1. Wayne and Kathy joined us for the first time on this pit. We were expecting another top pit and were not surprised at the average start which we also had in the previous record breaking pit #22.

Pit 23: Level 1 produced: 4 pieces of pottery, 6 pieces of glass, and 3 nails.
