Pit 66: Level 2

Completed on July 19, 2014 by Dean Hunt, Jeff Fouste, and David Brinkman. Level 2 did not pick up as we expected and having a total of only 39 artifacts, it seemed we may not reach the 10,000 artifact milestone in pit 66. The one shining star was Dean's pipe stem find. Once again, this dated to the period of 1720 to 1750.

Pit 66: Level 2 produced: 8 pieces of pottery, 4 pieces of glass, 3 nails, and 1 pipe stem.
