Pit 102: Level 3

Completed on June 30, 2018, by Jocelyn and DC Locke, Odess and David Brinkman. Level 3 was all Granby and Native American artifacts with high numbers of kitchen items, nails, and window glass. This means we are still working within/around a Granby period house and probably near the kitchen. After completing the dig, we ended the birthday/book-signing/open-museum/high-school-reunion/archaeology event with a small party.

Pit 102: Level 3 produced: Granby period: 15 kitchen pottery, 16 kitchen glass, 38 imported English window glass, 18 nails. ten iron pieces, five charcoal, one slate, one lead, and three slag pieces. Native American: Six pottery.
