Pit 135: Level 1

Completed on December 3, 2021, by Josephine Bachman, Kim Masters, DC Locke, Odess and David Brinkman. The first level gave us a couple of interesting modern-day items (if you want to call 1960 modern.) The first was an old Jacks. In the game of jacks, a player throws a ball up, picks up one jack with the same hand and then catches the ball before it hits the ground. This was a popular game in the 1960s. The other interesting item was two pieces of a vinyl LP. A diameter measurement was completed to verify that it was in fact a 33 LP. If we had a lot extra time on our hands, it would be fun to engineer a method to grab that analog data off these pieces and see if we can identify the music.
