Pit 135: Level 2

Completed on December 3, 2021, by Josephine Bachman, Kim Masters, DC Locke, Odess and David Brinkman. I don't mention it in every level of this row (over the gas line) but we always find a significant number of Native American items here. This is because the gas line trench was much deeper than we normally dig and many of the older artifacts (Indian) were brought closer to the surface where we are finding them, 60 years later. As can be seen in the photo, one green wine bottle glass piece shows the obvious bubbles of the old blown glass.
