Pit 67: Level 2

Completed on July 19, 2014 by Stacey, Alexis, and Faith Jodie, Dean Hunt, Jeff Fouste, Fred Morrison, and David Brinkman. We were joined for the first time by homeschoolers Stacey, Alexis, and Faith Jodie. They were just starting history lessons and wanted to try some archaeology. It didn't take long for them to start picking out Granby grams. Level 2 continued to give us good numbers in all of the main categories and we picked up another pipe stem. If level 3 is anything like level 3 of pit 66, this could be one of our better pits.

Pit 67: Level 2 produced: 26 pieces of pottery, 20 pieces of glass, 17 nails, 9 iron pieces, 3 pipe pieces, 2 Native American pieces, and some charcoal.
