Pit 87: Level 1

Completed November 14, 2015 by Alicia Ballagh, Odess and David Brinkman. Alicia joined us again on a nice day for digging. Cool but sunny. Level 1 did not have a single piece of kitchen pottery but we did find a number of stoneware pieces which may or may not be Granby period. The level did have a high number of Colonial period architecture artifacts (brick, nails, and window glass).

Pit 87: Level 1 produced: 10 pieces of pottery, 5 pieces of glass, and 4 nails.
